China contaminating our children. Again.

The cadmium jewelry for kids. Available at WalMart.
Don't buy Chinese & don't go to WalMart.
It's that simple, to be patriotic.
And safe.

conniption in Chinese

or at least that's what google said it was...

conniption fit
1. 1. [American English] [Spoken] 歇斯底里发作,大吵大闹;发怒,大发脾气

Follow the link and use the pop-up to hear the words pronounced in both languages. You will hear "connipshun feet" and three dialects of Chinese.

OK, the Independence day holiday came and went. Hope you enjoyed your cookouts and 4th of July fireworks.

The just-say-no-to-Chinese boycott is technically over, but you don't have to stop. Every time you put that Chinese product back on the shelf, you proclaim your independence. Keep it up, please.

More Chinese poisoned goods? And old toxic china.

Remember, keep on NOT buying things Made in China. At least until Saturday the 4th.
Be independent
.

Confession: We went to IKEA a couple weeks ago, with a shopping list of 3 items. The flexible cutting boards came from China. I didn't even look until I was home and unwrapped them.

Bendable chopping board
I bought the dark-gray ones and the orange-red ones. Already had the turquoise.
Something I can only describe as toxic fumes came off the red ones when I busted the plastic off 'em. The smell lingers.

The other two colors don't stink.
The orangy color reminds me of toxic antique Fiesta ware. The orange-red radioactive kind made in the 1940s. Uranium gave it the nice fiery color.

Maybe I should ask Santa for a Geiger counter;
they're so cool.

Hey, only two involve eating!
